YEAR-ROUND RATES
Dorm-Style:
$18/night, $115/week
Private Room: $35/night, $220/week
Additional Person: (for sharing a bunk bed or the private room)
+$10/night
Children under 13 receive $5 off the regular rates.
No charge for children under two years old.
Pets
There is a pet fee of $5/pet for the first night, and $2 for each
subsequent night. There is no charge for pets in glass cages.
Payment by cash, check, PayPal
or barter (bounced
checks will be charged
a $20 processing fee).
For people from the United States, there is a one week maximum stay
within a two month period. You can appeal for a longer
stay by having a meeting with the innkeepers and
creating a Contract.
For international guests we have a one-month maximum stay.
CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT
There are two on-duty shifts per day, when a staffperson will be
available to handle hostel business:
CHECK IN is
between
11am and 12pm
and 6 and 9 pm.
The hostel is CLOSED
between 12 and 4pm
for cleaning. You can help respect the staff's need for this space by
finding something groovy to do in Olympia for a couple of hours. Also,
this is a time to make sure that all of your belongings are on your bed
(in non-private areas) so that it can be cleaned around.
Call ahead to make
an arrangement if you know when you will be coming in, especially if
you'll be coming in late at night. Guests
should check-in with a staffperson
upon arrival.
You will be given a short tour, a bed, linens, a towel, and go over the
social
policy of our home. Payment
should then be made for however long you want space reserved for you.
Please check out by 11am on your date of departure. Please strip your
beds and gather your belongings to give us adequate time to prepare for
any incoming
guests.
RESERVATIONS
Reservations can be be held either with advance payment (cash, check or
PayPal),
which we would prefer, or with your credit/debit card number. Although
we hold
reservations with credit/debit cards, we do not accept them as a form
of payment.
CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel your reservation one week ahead of time for a full
refund.
Reservations cancelled between 1 day (9 pm the day before) and one week
ahead of time will
receive a 50% refund.
People who cancel reservations with less than 24 hours notice will be
charged the full amount.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone at
any time.
